Gabby took her first Hot Yoga class in 2007 and was instantly hooked. By the time she attended her second class that same week, she had already signed up for her first Yoga Teacher Training with YogaFit.
Gabby’s background in drama, dance, and competitive cheerleading helped her develop a natural ability to hold space, create routines, and blend music and movement seamlessly. After completing her initial teacher training, her desire to learn more only grew. Over her first four years of teaching, she continued her studies and earned certifications under Wendy Santiago, Ally Ford, and Missy White. In 2011, Gabby founded her first studio, Pure Yoga and Fitness, in the Tampa Bay Area. She went on to establish her second studio, Blend Sweat Social, in 2020, followed by a second location of Blend Sweat Social in 2023. Today, she provides a nurturing space for over 25 teachers to develop their skills and build a strong sense of community.
Gabby’s teaching style is both challenging and fun, with an urban, upbeat energy that is also grounding. Her passion for people and movement shines through in everything she does, both on and off the mat.
Jessica Wright
Jessica began practicing yoga on and off in 2010. Initially, she didn’t think it was for her, but after giving it another try a few months later while seeking comfort and peace, she discovered it was exactly what she needed.
Since then, Jessica has maintained a regular practice, evolving more and more each day. For her, yoga represents the perfect balance of meditation and movement, something she deeply appreciates. Over the years, yoga has supported her through various aspects of life, and she is incredibly grateful for the ability to practice. In 2013, Jessica decided to enroll in teacher training to deepen her personal practice and, more importantly, to share the sense of bliss she experiences through yoga with others. She completed Missy White’s 40-hour Hot 108 Training in 2013, followed by earning her 200-hour RYT certification in 2014.
Jessica’s teaching style is a blend of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power yoga. She enjoys flowing while keeping her students aligned and safe, and she is excited to share her passion with others.
